Adana @ Thomson is Leaf-Certified

Adana @ Thomson, a new launch condo, is one of only twelve developments in Singapore to be Leaf-Certifed. This Landscape Excellence Assessment Framework (LEAF) certification is given by the National Parks Board (NParks) to developments that have landscapes that are green friendly.

Of the twelve, only three developments including Adana @ Thomson are given the recognition as “Outstanding Projects”. This takes the urban greening work to a much higher level. Uniquely, Adana planned to use 100% of native trees, shrubs and creepers in greening its compound. The whole rooftop is covered with a green landscape with jogging tracks , walkways, community gardening and recreational spaces. This green corridor is essentially an extension of the Central Catchment Nature Reserve.
