Public Tender For Prime Residential Buildings

Seated in the prime Orchard area are three residential buildings up for sale by public tender. These properties are at 3 Cuscaden Walk, 8 Hullet Road and 120 Grange Road.

The 3 Cuscaden Walk 12-storey building built in the 1990s is within walking distance to the Orchard MRT station and is 21,560 sq ft in land size. It consists of only 11 four-bedroom large units in a 12-storey tower. Convenience is right at its doorstep with the Orchard shopping belt right across the road. Given the huge land size and its potential plot ratio, it is superbly suitable to redevelop this plot into a high-rise new condo in Singapore.
