Dunman Road Tender By SingHaiyi Is Highest At $1.284 Billion

Dunman Road tender for the government land sale (GLS) generated just two bids. On 14 June 2022, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) awarded the SingHaiyi Group as it had submitted the highest bid of S$1.284 billion or S$1,350 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr). A consortium of City Developments Ltd (CDL), TID and Hong Leong Group submitted the second highest of two bids at $1.067 billion ($1,122 psf ppr).

At the bid of S$1.28 billion, the gross floor areea (GFA) worked out to be S$14,536.62 per sq m. Dumnan Residences is situated close to the Geylang River and Dakota MRT station. This huge land parcel of 25,234.3 m2 of generous land can yield approximately 1,040 new condo apartments.
A quick mention here that CDL is the top tenderer for Jalan Tembusu GLS at S$1302 psf ppr.
