For interested buyers, fill in the Particulars Of Purchaser’s Form and Letter of Authorisation Form- Submission of NRIC copy to ensure that all particulars are true- Submission of a cheque with Project Account indicated as payee. This is to safeguard the buyer as the project account is a unique account set up for individual projects. Any payment that is done by clients will go into this special project account.
