Oxley Holdings has yet another charming location on South Buona Vista Road, off Pasir Panjang Road. The former Vista Park condominium was acquired via collective sale by Oxley for $418 million last December (2017). The land tenure will be given a fresh top-up lease back to 99 years from its present remaining lease of 66 years.
