The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced on 30 March 2016 a mixed-use site will be opened for tender under the Government Land Sale (GLS) Programme. The 158,194 sqft land parcel at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 has a gross floor area (GFA) of 474,592 sqft and will be built into a commercial and residential building yielding an estimated 425 new condo units. A GFA of 64,583 sqft will be put aside for commercial usage.
This land parcel is situated within 1 km from the Bukit Batok MRT Station. Other nearby amenities also include West Mall shopping centre, a polyclinic and schools.
Tender for this site closes on 24 May 2016.
Other new condo Singapore launches within the vicinity include Hills TwoOne and The Skywoods which will TOP estimated 3rd quarter 2017 and 4th quarter 2016 respectively.
This Bukit Batok West Ave 6 site is one of the new condo launch projects in 2017.
