Roxy Pacific To Buy Harbour View Gardens

Harbour View Gardens was completed in 1986. It consists exclusively of fourteen 3-storey walk-up apartments located at Pasir Panjang Road.

RH Developments (subsidiary of Roxy-Pacific Holdings) announced on Wed, 31 August 2016 that they have signed a contract to buy the Singapore property at $33.25 million.

Harbour View Gardens is a freehold property sitting on 30,745 sqft of land size with a plot ratio of 1.4.

The deal will go through only if RH Developments could obtain from the High Court or Strata Titles an approval for sale of the said development.
