It has been put up for collective sale of no less than $688 mil. The plot, with a land area of 408,927 square feet and a plot ratio of 2.8, could possibly hold 1,100 units if the average size per unit is 1,000 square feet. The gross floor area (gfa) is estimated at $791 per square foot per plot ratio (psf).

Within the same vicinity is an upcoming development by the Nanshan Group of which the tender was awarded on 13 October 2014 with a gfa of $731.10 psf ppr. This new condo Singapore launch is Thomson Impressions located at Lorong Puntong and just 5 minutes’ walk to the future Bright Hill MRT station. This upcoming station is part of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) which stretches from the north to the south of Singapore.
