CEL Development Pte Ltd (CEL), which serves as the company’s property development arm, is owned by Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd, a Singapore public company that was listed in 1999. CEL has achieved impressive growth over the years throughout its diverse portfolio of projects across Singapore, Australia, and Vietnam.

KSH Holdings Limited:

The company has an A1 rating under BCA CW01 which enables it to bid on construction projects of any value, whether they are public or private. As part of the BCA’s CW02 civil engineering category, the company holds an A2 grade, allowing it to submit bids for projects worth up to S$85 million.
